Located east of Bullhead City, Arizona, this natural rock formation is along Hwy 68 heading toward Kingman.
It always gets a laugh because it looks like it is giving passerbys the finger. Flipping them the bird! A one finger salute. (American English, slang) make a rude sign at somebody with your middle finger.
