Last week, I took a day trip to Conowingo Dam in Northern Maryland. The West side is Fisherman's Park. The East side has an open field park leading to a wooded area. That's where most of these photos were taken. It looks the foundation of old abandoned houses along the lower Susquehanna River, at the upper end of the Chesapeake Bay. I posted about a dozen photos from the West side in my last post for #WednesdayWalk. I couldn't possibly upload every photo I took into that one post, so here are some photos of rocks and boulders for Boulder Sunday! I have even more photos from that day for even more posts. I'll try to post something else before that, as to not seem spammy. lol
I'm liking the new Scot Tribes. I'm really hoping it will continue after hr21, and the mining tokens aren't a scam. Maybe someone reading this knows more information about it than me. I read some information that steem-engine might be only temporary, and it will all be replaced with SMTs; thereby leaving the coins and the miners worthless. I don't approve of the hardfork at all, and I'm praying for the slim to none chance that the witnesses will reject it. I'd like to become a top 10 witness. It sickens me by the short term illogical thinking and potential actions caused by it.
Also, it bothers me a lot seeing so many Steemians panicking and saying totally irrational things like the reward pool needs to be removed altogether. Steem just makes sense as a long term investment. The pool deflates over a long period of time. It's perfect how it is. If you're looking for a get rich quick, buy and sell scheme, buy bitcoin. If you're looking for a long term investment, buy Steem; and hope no one fucks that all up for stable long term investors. I'm not concerned at all about the current price. I don't think it will ever go down to zero. I don't see how that would even be possible. It's just a cycle. It has pumped before with even higher inflation, and it will most likely pump again. I'm not worried at all about the current price. Hopefully Steemit (and/or whoever else) dumps all of their holdings and makes it even more affordable to buy in the short term.
