well, why would ppl buy steem? u need a shitton of it to be a whale and make money voting. the only way to use steem is to write stuff, get paid, withdraw. the only ppl keeping steem are the ones that have a shitton of steem power.

I guess that the only way to keep the price up would be to use it for everything. to create a system where people get steem and pay for stuff with steem. you would basically need steem to be a national currency to keep it up, and even then it probably wouldnt work.
