We're looking for ways to allow people to start using STEEMHOUSE tokens leading up to the opening of our physical makerspace, and we'd love to hear some ideas from the public!

It's been brought to our attention that providing an immediate use for our crowdfunding tokens would almost certainly help them start moving within the markets, and help spread awareness of our project in general. We have plenty of uses for the token planned for when we get our physical location up and running, but hadn't put enough thought into things that they could be used for before we establish our real-world location.
We've always said that for the most part, our space will be what our members want it to be,
and in that same spirit, we will always be open to feedback and suggestions from the community at large. The Steem Blockchain is an incredible fountain of resources, and there are tons of things we could be offering in exchange for our tokens. We've come up with a couple ideas, but would love to hear more about what everyone who follows us thinks.
It's been suggested that we should seek out or rent a delegation of SteemPower so that we can trade tokens for upvotes, but this is something we'd like to stay away from. Delegated SP is not in our business model, and probably won't be. We could offer something of an "advertisement" service where we Resteem posts that meet certain niche requirements, but that's something we'd have to work out a few details on before moving forward with.
Raffles are coming!
One of the easiest things we could implement is a regular raffle, where people can exchange their STEEMHOUSE tokens for tickets into drawings for all sorts of things! Some of the prizes would be digital, like custom blog graphics from talented freelancers, SteemPower, or anything else. Some of those prizes, though, will be shipped to lucky Steemians who win the draw!
We plan to start getting in contact with creatives from all over the Blockchain who already sell and ship things for STEEM/SBD. We will pay up-front for something, and would then sell raffle tickets to see who will receive the item. This falls in line with the sort of thing we will be doing inside our space, with the 'Maker Mall' online store we'll be building. We'll be writing up a post about this endeavor very soon, so follow
