They say that being in a Customer Support is very easy because all you need is to sit, wait for the customer’s call and go home.
But honestly speaking it’s not. As we are going to help a lot of people from a different countries. We may hear their rants, they may curse you for their issue that is not your fault. Sometimes they will shout at you. But despite of all of those things. We need to treat them special. Keep smiling still over the phone and make sure that before the call ended they feel different and good.
I’ve been in this industry for more than 4 years now and it is still keeps me excited of going to work everyday! To change peoples lives everyday. For a simple problem to a huge one.
It also helped a lot of Filipino eventhough you are not a College Graduate as long as you can speak and understand English.
