China 'close' to a national Crypto

Possibly some of the biggest news this week.
If China releases a national crypto it will be taking the Trade war to the USA.
The second biggest national economy has been on a down turn and accused of 'printing money' (like the USA Fed does!)

There are many reasons for china to issue a national crypto but actually doing is will be earth shaking.
