great steemians, am happy to be here, I want to share my idea with you on what challenge can improve steemit,
I want us to start a contest, for newbies from reputation 25 - 45 where they we write an introductive post and drop the link to it, I am sure this will encourage some newbies and they will like to do more on the platform,
moreover, for someone to know that his or her introduction post can earn him or her something, he won't hesitate to take part and by doing this we ar encouraging them to do more and he or she may decide to tell friends and family about steemit,
I notice something, some people abandon there account after there introdution post,
Do you know why? Just because there introduction post go unnoticed. And you know if someone is into Steemit and didn't gain anything dis may force he or she to quit, but by doing this he may be lucky enough to win and decide to do more for the community.
