Followup
I follow all sales with a personal thank-you for purchasing and follow up when I see the item is delivered to make sure they are happy with their purchase. This does two things. If there are problems I can take care of them as quickly as possible before they start ranting on the reviews section of my website, and I can ask them for a review.
Additional Followup and Customer Loyalty
I also have a subscribe button on the purchase page. This is where I can really develop a rapport with my customer base.
