I live in a small town in Patagonia, working for a local cooperative ISP. I understand you and hope you will defend the local ISPs as the whole free speech, free (as in libre) communication, and continuous independent innovation, as we used to know it since internet was invented, depends on net neutrality, both from legally and commercially point of view.
