I fully agree with you that many people nowadays used Bible to fill their bellies. They enrich themselves with the tithes and contributions of their unaware members. That is why we must be vigilant and we should not believe all the things we heard and read esp on the web. We must investigate thoroughly every teaching we heard or read.
