I think that any dish or drink or baking mixture that requires regular sugar can be spiced up and made amazing by using the regular one, of course, but then throwing in a little brown sugar!!! Brown sugar is so delicious, the molasses they use to create it makes any dish have an amazing sugary zing that really hits the spot immediately. It is sugary of course, so it takes the place of white sugar but it has that extra blast of sugar sweet thickness from molasses that you just dont get without it. Chocolate chip cookies with brown sugar are probably the greatest thing of all time at least when it comes to desserts.
