As I am still becoming acquainted with the steemit platform and community I thought it necessary for me to do a introductory post.
I started following cryptocurrency in November of this year (2017). In the beginning, I only followed BTC, and I was amazing at its upward movement in price. Since, I have started to follow many other cryptos, and I have even started to research and participate in ICOs. Investing in cryptocurrency is the first investments I have made in my life, and so far I have seen generous returns and continue to increase my knowledge of crypto in general. I wanted to make this post so that others could read my short journey so far and share their story as well.
If you are still a beginner in crypto as am I, I would recommend to always do your research before investing.
One thing my dad told me is that you should "trade on the rumors and sell on the news."
I didn't think that was sound advice until it benefited me personally.
