As the new year approaches its a good time to reflect but its an even better time to rest in the nature of mind. Simply focus on each breath, each step, each word... Its a good time to practice resting the mind, appreciating the present moment without judgement and simply being.
Look at this butterfly. Don't judge what you are seeing, simply enjoy it. Practice love, forgiveness and contentment and good things will come in 2018!
