Michy Batshuayi would be unable to add to his tally of 9 goals in 15 appearances for Borussia Dortmund after he sustained an ankle injury in the Ruhr Derby loss to Schakle 04 at the weekend.
The Belgian who is on loan from Chelsea joined the German giants in January, after seeing play time limited at Chelsea and needed more in order to secure a place in the National team for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Batshuayi was stretched off the pitch and the injury was scary at first. Dortmund have however come out to say he'd be definitely out for the remainder of the season but should be fit for the sumer World Cup.
Batsman would be feeling so disappointed after settling well at Dortmund since his January move and would be facing a return to Chelsea in the off season before he'd have to make a final decision on his career.
