So basically you want to do a spinoff from Mycelium, localbitcoins, dashous etc. just for steem. Well okay if you want to throw out a couple thousand of dollars. You could also just foster local traders to include steem in their portfolio.
It's not like the traders are trading 100 dollar to bitcoins just to pay 30 $ Transaction fee.
