Technological advancements are blessings and curses at the same time for us. It does make our lives easier, but it can be annoying as well, mostly because of our carelessness and sometimes because of third class low quality material, used in the making.
Broken mobile phone cables or other types of cables are the examples of such annoying situations...
but, brilliant minds keep thinking and normally come to simplest and cheapest solutions to these problems. This video is showing such a simple, cheap and brilliant DIY solution for broken cable problem.
It takes only a minute to fix the cable for a longer period of usage, and all you need is a spring from a used pen.
This could also be done with the new cable as a preventive measure.
