Yup. Small businesses often have no oversight and giant companies have too many moving pieces so their oversight falls apart too.
I just read a news story that someone at Los Angeles Unified School District managed to embezzle $23 Million Dollars ! Huge school district, and somehow that still slipped through. 🤷‍♀️
