Award winning Swansea bus museum & transport heritage center restores,
Operates and displays buses that were once in regular use by public transport companies across south and west wales.
Their impressive collection mainly consists of vehicles oparated by south wales transport (SWT). It is also their selection of american cars, commercial vehicles and land rovers plus, lots more to tempt the eye including model railways, a slot car circuit and a special childrens play area. Theres somthing for everyone!
The volunteer run Museum is battling to develop a facility that Swansea and the surrounding area can be proud of. Organised groups and parties of visitors, particularly schools,are always welcome by appointment. Swansea bus museum is oparated by the south wales transport presavation group, a charity registered in England and Wales no. 1175465. It is a member of the national Association of road transport museums make a visit soon for an unrivaled look, touch, feel and try down memory lane.
