Well, in my opinion, has totally right.
It's not relevant to talk about entrepreneurs and managers as they basically do not have the same focus into a business. It is like you compare lemon with lemonade. I hope you got the difference!
If the owner of the business (the entrepreneur) is the same person with the manager why we should compare those skills, we are not talking about dissociating identity, right? If the owner has no management skills, then he'll employ a manager and... surprise there is a new role in that business.
The studies about boss versus leader are more than pertinent and that picture you called "a bullshit" is the cruel truth of our reality beyond all the SF theories about the power of the team management.
As well, it is important to mention in which environment it fits your sketch. I think it would be more interesting to share with us your experiences with entrepreneurs, managers, bosses, and leaders from Romania and abroad.
