Unfortunately, with eFax you can’t block incoming faxes. However, if you’d like to be able to block eFaxs online, you can use RingCentral which comes with the blocking feature.
I can no longer receive Fax notification eMails. What should I do?
If you’re not receiving fax notification emails, it’s usually because the email has been flagged as a spam by the computer. In that case, you can go to your Junk folder, detect the notification email, and mark it as “Not Spam.”
If this doesn’t work, you can shoot a mail to the eFax support team.

How to block Incoming Faxes:
If you have a RingCentral account, you can log in.
Go to ‘Settings’ from the upper tab.
RingCentral account setting,Select ‘Caller ID & Blocked Calls’.
Blocked Calls
Select ‘Blocked Calls’.
Select Blocked Calls
Now you can choose to either block all incoming faxes or only specific ones. Simply add the fax number you’d like to block and select ‘Block’!
