Many people we are struggling on how to invest, keep up with our business in this world economy where its either you are at the top or bottom, where everything is about competition, to be the best.
It does not need high standards to really make it and boost one's business but those small little qualities are needed to promote yourselves.

Most people think less when it comes on how to relate to their customers. Do your workers have customer care, do they get iritated with customers, are they approachable and easily assist those who acquire help. Some people are rude to their customers, they are rude to those annoying customers who seem to be asking silly little question for them to understand.
Habe good public relations, do you often have a suggestion box so that customers can give feedback and suggestions to how well your services, approach to them good enough.
one customer i met complained about a certain company 'the people there aah, they did not even assist me properly, they are very rude.
So how well do you relate to your customers?

Market is anopther im[portamnt think one has to note when planning on boosting or investing in their own business, where are you selling your products where is your company located, you cant sell in an secludued area with hardly enough people to buyfrom your little store, the less population in the area you are trying to invest in, the quaklity and nature of their income depends the progits you gain and room for investments.
you can not decide to sell mining equipment in an area where people major ecomonic activity is farming, you cant place business where there is a lot of competition, try a different location to attract your own customers because if you decide to sell at the same place with a same competitor already established it maybe difficult to convince the already loyal cusatomers to change and come to you.
you should dexcide if its a rural or urban population, the major economic activity to sell your services or produicts
- Dont squander all the profits.
Some of us have a problem, the moment you have profits you eat them all, what about tomorrow. what are you doing with the profits you get from selling your products. Find other alternatives top invest not just eating the money.
Most of us have no back up strategies of doing business, you gain profits, invest in another business maybe even linked to your own.
