1 TRAINABILITY
Being trainable is an advantage to you as an entrepreneur. There are times business model should change, if an entrepreneur is unwilling to change, the entire business would be affected.
As a person who wants to take a job, if you’re not trainable, you could be dropped.
2 PROACTIVITY
A business cannot startup with so many employees, thus, the few employees should be proactive. Those waiting to be told what to do or supervised to be able to carry out certain responsibility, could be let go. Be proactive; develop yourself to be able to work accurately without supervision.
3 WRITING
Communication is very important to entrepreneurs. Your ability to write correspondence and respond to invoices and mails is a plus to you as an entrepreneur.
4 PROBLEM SOLVING
To be an entrepreneur is to be a problem solver. Anything short of that is a minus. People who want to wants employment should develop the skill of quickly taking in a lot of information and developing a framework for analyzing it to articulate a viable set of possible solutions. A problem solver is a great asset to an organization.
5 PERSEVERANCE
To succeed in business, you need to persevere. Success does not always come easily, at times you need to repeat certain processes just to master it. Be patient and zealous.
6 THIRST FOR LEARNING
Learning never ends. Learning upgrades and improves your skills. It is learning that would make you proactive. Learning would boost your moral and confidence in work.
7 CONSISTENCY
Laziness kills. Be consistent in your business dealings. Avoid ups and downs in business; let clients know you for consistency. Do not mellow down the quality of your goods.
