It is security token offerings, they are more lesson and give you shares in the company.Its kind of termed as an early stage IPO. I think this is a good development, but need to weed out the wallst middle men. If you look at it now, ordinary folks cannot participate in any of the leading IPOs. The system is designed to benefit high net worth individuals ,institutions and wall st.
Hopefully STO will learn the less and make it more democratized and live upto the spirit of decentralization
