Found an amazing case study, showing the journey of a small start-up on Instagram ( formed by 2 guys ).
They show really obvious points, yet they are organised differently..more clean, I would say.
They teach the importance of setting a theme for your profile ( for them it's inspiring other businesses ). Just posting random pictures of food isn't going to cut it.
Turns out, even the smallest things like - setting your profile picture the corect way, or instead of posting a random quote, post your own quote (using your brand image of course ).
