Two Essentials for Every Entrepreneur

As an entrepreneur, it is absolutely crucial that you work ON your business and not IN your business.

So you must build a team that carry out the tasks for the operational side of the business. This leaves you to focus on the important strategic functions of the business:

• Team-building
• Marketing
• Networking
• Partnerships

Even though it is vital that you delegate the day-to-day operational side of the business to your team, there are two areas of your business that you should NEVER let go of.

These two areas are:

1. The Bank Account and
2. Sales

This means that you must keep track of all transactions running through your business bank accounts - especially the outgoings. And you must keep a hand in sales so you know what's coming in the pipeline and can plan accordingly.

The rest is fair game for delegation. Just never delegate these two essentials...
