The motive of starting business is very vital because it gives the zeal/courage to push on with the business even when times are hard. The fact is; not all the time things will as always per planned. If you started a business with no long term goals, your likely to close just because of a little shake up or when times are hard.Starting a venture with wrong partners.
Good business partners are crucial in the success of any business. You will need partners in the business at all times but make sure they are well vetted. Most people prefer using family members before hiring out more people into the business, because they derive natural trust from family than anywhere else.
