Today I woke up a bit earlier (8 AM) than yesterday and I went straight to fishing. This time I walked a bit more instead of casting from a deck like the previous days. The weather was almost perfect in my opinion. The sun shined a lot with just a few clouds and a bit of wind, but overall good conditions.
As I came I already noticed movement on the surface of the water and that means one thing: there's fish out there. Started to cast and after about 5 or so I got the first one hooked. Not as big as I was expecting, but a fish after all. His bigger siblings were still hunting on the surface so I was hoping for one of them to bite.
It didn't happen though as I expected so three of them followed the first in almost the same size range in about 10 minutes, but that's fishing: you never know what is going to bite. Then of a sudden a "true one" came and I managed to get him at about 1 meter off the shore, but he got out of the hooks and swim away. I guess it wasn't in the mood for pictures.
After that I had a lot of fake bites, probably from some small ones or undecided and two more to complete the list of this morning catch. Haven't took pictures of all of them, but almost all of them were at pretty much the same size. All were released safe back into the water with the intention of seeing them again when they're getting a bit older and fattier.
After one hour of fishing I said to myself that the sun is burning to strong and I haven't ate my breakfast so I quit and got back home. I will for sure try more in the evening with a different lure though. I assume that a bigger one might be more attractive for the fathers of the ones catch in the morning. If my assumption will be right I will make them public on Steemit.
