DAY SALE OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES

Hello steemians friends, in today's post I want to comment about the experience we had this week with the sale of school supplies by the Directorate of the Ministry of Education, will talk about the positive and negative experiences of the activity. First of all, the positive aspects of this day were that it would benefit 370 students of our institution, the price of the school combo was established in bsS 250 (for a total of 18 articles), a very accessible price for all these articles: 1 notebook of 100 sheets, 5 small notebooks, 1 set of geometry, 1 tempera, 1 box of crayons, 1 box of wax crayons, 1 block of drawing, 1 block of lustrillo paper, 1 compass, 1 scissors, 1 eraser, 1 pencil sharpener, 1 medium white paste, 1 box of 12 pencils. The other positive aspect is that the sale was made in the school facilities to be canceled in cash or with a debit card.

The day was planned in order for the student population to acquire some school supplies that facilitate the development of their school activities in the best possible way.
But as everything can not be perfect but if perfectible there are some constructive criticisms to improve this type of days that initially was scheduled for Wednesday but due to logistical factors of the Directorate of Education Miranda State will arrive very late with transportation to bring to the institution the material for sale which caused the sale to be postponed until Thursday. That's how the institution's management staff arrived from 7 am along with a group of 5th grade students from middle school to get the material from each of the boxes to assemble the school combos to be sold to each of the representatives. who were on the outskirts of the institution waiting very early.

In a short time 76 combos were armed, which were the ones that allowed us the physical space of the classroom that was destined for that purpose. But it was not until 11am that the personnel of the Education Directorate arrived who had the responsibility of selling the products and who brought the point of sale to process the payment with the debit cards, which meant that Thursday did not sold all the combos so the day ended on Friday.

The management must consider a better planning for the next few days, since some improvisation is noticed, such as the timely transportation of the material, the material was incomplete, so other institutions had to be called to complete the combos, the personnel in charge of selling does not comply with the scheduled schedule for the attention to the public.
