Casper meets wendy tells the story of a wicked wizard named desmond spellman was at his house. He is the most powerful magician ever to date until the appearance of a 10 year old girl named wendy "the good little witch" in the future, who will replace her position. Do not accept, desmond plans to get rid of it. He makes two magicians: jules and vincent and sends them to go to wendy's place then brings her to her.
Wendy herself lives in the countryside with her three aunts who are magicians; gerty, gabby, and fanny. When Wendy tried to befriend a newspaper delivery boy, she was bullied by her aunt. Jules and vincent arrive and start attacking Wendy and try to kidnap her. Wendy and her aunt run away and hide in a resort hotel, where she meets the casper and her ghost trio of ghosts on vacation.
Casper and wendy become close friends but their uncles and aunts will not get along because ghosts and magicians are eternal enemies. Even though casper and wendy remain in a state of affection for their uncles and aunts, their plans do not go smoothly. In addition, desmond managed to find wendy positions later by jules and vincent came attacking. Wendy and her aunt did not get away from desmond who was about to kill her, but casper suddenly rescued her. Before wendy was killed by desmond, a monster shocked him to desmond until he fell on his own trap. The monster turned out to be a ghost trio. Wendy is the best wizard because she is friends with ghosts. Finally casper, his uncle casper, wendy, and his aunt wendy, say goodbye to each other but casper and wendy sure that they will meet again...
