After a while, I have returned to steemit, and I want to share a topic that I have been investigating for my postgraduate essay. The topic I discuss in this essay is Mindfacturing or "Mentefactura" in spanish. I take the title of the book of the Spanish economist, Goñi Zabala. I hope it is of your interest.

The growth of a country is the key to improving its competitiveness. The society of the 21st century, considered as the century of the “knowledge economies”, has shown that the creative and innovative field of the individual and where the transformation towards new production models is to be given, is the key to the success of companies . The post-industrial era based on manufacturing has been replaced in the informational era by the Mindfactoring.

This is the subject of this post, with which I intend to briefly analyze the concept of Mentefactura as a productive model for the development of organizations. and, on the one hand, to demonstrate the importance of knowledge as a continuous process of construction, creation and participation of economies; based on the "Know How" and the "Know How"; that gave rise to the Mindfactoring, and on the other hand, emphasize that for an economy to be based on knowledge as an added value, it is necessary that it invests in human capital and social capital. Investment in these factors fosters the ability to create and innovate, giving rise to new ideas that in the future will become products, services and business models; Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the change in the production model in organizations as a growth factor by creating a link between Manufacturing and Mindfactoring, an added value that every productive society requires to be competitive.
