Today was a tiring day,there was an audit today at my workplace.After settling down everything I came to my house and took rest,few minutes later I observed my friend made 'Payesh'.I am guessing you gues don't know what Payesh actually is.
It is a kind dessert, a rice pudding from the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent, made by boiling rice, broken wheat, tapioca, or vermicelli with milk and sugar; it is flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, cashews, pistachios or almonds.
It's really delicious ,rich in taste.
