I am from the Venezuelan east, lover of the beach and there is nothing more pleasant to share with my children and friends of the beautiful beaches that make up my eastern coast, accompanied by my favorite drink since I discovered it, nothing more and nothing less than MOJITOS, I have tried many flavors, but certainly the coconut, is the mojto more tropical and delirious when we are on the beach. The coconut mojito is one of the most Caribbean variants of this cocktail. Coconut milk can be heavy, and it has a high content of vitamins and proteins.
Ingredients
Crushed ice.
2 lemons.
200 ml. of coconut milk.
100 ml. of white rum.
5 mint leaves
Coconut mojito recipe:
We started cutting the lemons into small pieces. We put it in the mortar together with the mint leaves and we start to crush everything well.
In a large glass add some crushed ice and then the lemon juice well mixed with the mint leaves. Be very careful to have crushed the mint because it can end up giving a very bitter taste to the mojito.
We remove everything well so that the ice takes the flavor of the mixture and then we add the coconut milk and the white rum. We remove everything well until achieving a homogeneous mixture.
Now it is only to place a slice of lemon as a decoration along with a mint leaf and we have the mojito ready to drink.
