Today I’m going to post something different than before, I want to share with you some attitudes that we do and must stop to and In order to develop such mental strength, we need to control our thoughts, behavior and emotions.
The following are plans put forward for consideration:
1-Don’t give away your power.
Oprah Winfrey as an example has a strong grip on her power. She grew up suffering from poverty and sexual abuse, but she chose to define who she was going to be in life by not giving away her power.
2-Don’t expect immediate results.
Do take small steps toward the goal.
3-Don’t make the same mistakes over and over.
Instead, accept responsibility and change your behavior.
4-Don’t waste time feeling sorry for yourself.
Instead, express gratitude.
5-Don’t focus on things you can’t control.
Instead, focus on what you can do.
6-Don’t dwell on the past.
But do take time to reflect and learn from the past.
7-Don’t feel the world owes you anything.
Do focus on your efforts.
8-Don’t give up after the first failure.
Success isn’t immediate, and failure is almost always an obstacle you will have to overcome.
9-Don’t worry about pleasing everyone.
Indeed, be able to say “no.”
