Have you ever experienced an incidence that keeps you awake at night or keeps bringing up nightmarish scenarios when ever you close your eyes to think? And it keeps playing over and over again. In your subconscious?
Firstly is to face your fears, if possible visit the location that the incident occurred,it will help you embrace the fears that lurk behind the shadows at night.
Most victims try as much as possible to forget but the nightmare won't just be wished away.
Then it is time you see a psychologist, but you can still try to improve on your sleep if you do not have the ample time to see one.
I will recommend you engage in a relationship, find love again if you are not already in one, it will help you forget.
Also take out time to go visit friends and hangout with old friends and new ones alike. This is because when you sleep at night your subconscious will try to replay things your eyes have seen for at least that week, have a memorable experience so that your anxiety will be reduced drastically.
It is also advisable to take your bath before going to bed, this will enable your body temperature to be at least within room temperature and you will feel relaxed.
Engage in sexual activity as it reduces stress and relaxes the body and also find time to exercise .
Trauma is not an easy challenge to over come, it takes self will, precession determination ,approach.
It is imperative to speak with a psychologist if it becomes a prevalent issue. Most often some drugs are prescribed.
