We live in a world where I most of the time don't want to live in anymore. There's so much shit going on. But then, some small gesture restores my faith in humanity.

Yesterday I came across Hive account@whatup's post about needing the recolor her profile picture to not clash with steemits rebranding. Feeling generous (and having had interaction with her previously in a fun way) I decided to help her out.

I retraced her whale profile image in Affinity Designer so I could make it a vector file. Then I went about recoloring it to match (mostly) the dark theme, but would also work on the light theme. Transparent backgrounds for the win !

She hasn't used it yet, so I don't actually have a clue as to wether or not the transparant background will work. But we'll see :)

The point of this post was to tell you about the restored faith. Even though I did this out of generosity and as a freebie, Hive account@whatsup was so good as to transfer some sbd for the effort. I think that kind of mentality is just great.
