Regained 9000 SP While Steem Remained Quiet

Week 26 was a good week as we put the donations and post upvotes to good use and regained the 9000 SP mark. One of the great things with this market being down is the leverage we get from the Minnowbooster Delegation Market. We picked up 175 Steem for 13 weeks for only 9 Steem. That is about 20:1 leverage and definitely helps to replace the expiring MB steem delegations that we entered into when steem was higher. So the bottom line is that we didn't set the world on fire this week, but did make some gains and that is all that is important. (one foot in front of the other, right?) ;)

On the upvote of our post this week, we had another good week of participation and happily Hive account@fulltimegeek and his bots are still active! Steem was flat for the week (roughly $0.90) and our vote values stayed the same at $0.15 per post per steward ($0.00).

On the free delegation front we didn't have any new delegations, but everyone is also sticking with us too. So thank you to all the free delegators for your continued support!

During the week we had a three more donations come in, one from repeat SOG donor Hive account@cranium giving 1 Steem; and two from non-SOG members Hive account@four20 of $0.50 Stemm and Hive account@bashadow of 1.0 Steem. On top of this, Hive account@bashadow also contributed a Hive account@steembasicincome share to this account so this gives us 2! It all adds up and we keep going forward! This Weeks Payment On Posts Today (~$4 steem)

Tonight we will receive the 26th weekly payout since the launch of this program. The payout will be equivalent to about $4 steem (with the new payout formula, it will be all in steem), and it, along with any donations will be used to initiate new leases if the rates stay so favorable. The goal will be to add more new 13 week leases to replace the expiring 13 week leases each week that come due!

We have successfully built up and stabilized our account, and now we should provide a steady and growing upvote if we continue to get your support. The goal is to give the SOG members a real benefit and with your continued efforts to support us, we will continue to build the SP and curation trail.

As mentioned earlier these new donations and earnings of sbd from posts will be reinvested to grow the SP so that the SOG members get a bigger hit to their upvote. We have now started lengthening the leases from 13 to 20 weeks depending on market opportunities.
