The national award winner, the sixties and seventy-decade popular actress, Rani Sarkar, gave floral tributes to her colleagues. Today, his funeral prayer was held on 7th July at BFDC. Then he was buried at the Azimpur graveyard in the adjoining area.
Prior to the funeral, the Film Artists Association, Film Directors Association, BFDC and the Ministry of Information respected the flowers by separately giving the award to the Rani Sarkar.
Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu, film director Faruq, Alamgir, Riaz, president of Bangladesh Film Directors Association Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar, General Secretary Badiul Alam Khokon Film Industry Association general secretary Zayed Khan were present at the funeral. The country's leading actress, Rani Sarkar, left the breathing at a private hospital in the capital on Saturday (July 7th, last night) at around 4am.
It is known that he died due to old age. The actress was also suffering from various physical problems, including gallstones, rheumatism, and complex cholestasis.
