Palestine has never been a nation.
they were promised a nation by the brits for fighting in the world war against countries that put jews in concentration camps. they were not an arab nation but a british colony. also they have self governance so pretty much they got all a nation has and most countries actually do recognize it to be a nation, yet due to veto it will not be a UN nation.
also you said
Why would you need an excuse to attack your enemies who have never ceased their belligerence?
but then you say
Actually I said it's not OK for Hammas to launch missiles at Israel
how do you know its hamas?
At that time it not sure the origin of the missiles and hamas denied having had send them and it was not clear from where. I saw in reports that they would say that in the next couple of days its possible to determin the origin of the misiles. still israel send houndreds of missiles on civilians for 2 missiles that did not even cause damage due to the iron dome, without even knowing who sent the missiles in the first place. Also it could have been her appartment, though she would have a hard time writing on steemit then. israel does also bomb plenty civilian houses.
also i feel like that sums up pretty much every israel palestine conflict: few missiles are sent, maybe a hand full of soldiers die, then thousands of civilian palestinians get killed. I dont need to be a palestine-israel expert to see that this is wrong and ethnic cleansing. perhaps check out this table to see what i mean. There are always much more palestinians killed in every conflict than israelis. In the recent years even the number of underaged palestinian kills are even higher than the total israeli kills. how can one morally justify this? what kind of sick revenge bombing is this?
ok now researching about the accords
In April 1996, a large number of articles, which were inconsistent with the Oslo Accords, were wholly or partially nullified
now about the second point: its pretty vague to say what is terrorist or not. just because israel thinks one group is terroristic does not mean palestine does. i think that point was made pretty obvious also in the syria war when USA backed terroristic groups to throw off assad while at the same time not calling them terrorists all the sudden.
And it used to be a protest to be violent though that caused international condemation. so i believe palestine now prefers to peacefully protest. that is a concept i very like and support. here is a documentary on how palestinians were even kept from protesting peacefully
perhaps the fact they only registered 18 000 has something to do with the awefull israeli legal system that makes any lawenforcement for palestinians impossible.
Also all the violations mentioned (except the police i would have to research more about why) are dated over 20 years ago, but the violations mentioned in the wikipedia article still happen today.
honestly you did not manage to convince me. but perhaps i convince you? please see that palestinians are people too just like you and me. people just want to have a normal life, yet they feel like israel makes it impossible with constant fear of bombing, buildings being demolished such as this school that recently has been demolished, people having to queu up for hours at 4am just to go to a different area and go to work. not being able to mark their products made in palestine and exporting them and build their economy. do you blame them that a few cannot take the constant psychological pressure and then end up loosing them selfs in hate? atleast i feel like palestinians are more psychological strong as i see less hate from them than from the israeli forces. honestly it pains me seeing people in such a situation and i cannot imagine having to live in palestine as a palestinian without any hope of the situation getting better.
RE: Why don't the Israelis leave us alone?
