To avoid this strange thing friends, sleep regularly 7-8 hours every night. In order for the eyes to be more easily closed at night, from 2 pm limit the intake of caffeine, then at night when sleepiness has not come, fill time by reading a book or meditation, rather than seeing gadgets.
