On the 2nd day now of Lihok Visayas Festivals, has been sending me pictures after pictures of their activities from yesterday. What caught my eyes were our bamboo crafts and innovations on display at the NEGROS MUSEUM. All of them were made in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental.
From those on display, musical instruments like the didgeridoos were also made of bamboo. As I recall, they were made in April and were used for the kids performances. Last April's ART Workshop with the out-of-school youth also resulted with those colorful flutes in the mix.
Noticeable in the second photo are the wine holders with portraits, only in June that were doing portraits on them. Priced at $30 each, this has been one of his best-sellers!
