Hi! Here is my another low budget recipe, but at the same time it's nutritious.
Here are the ingredients:
•cooking oil
•garlic
•onion
•sardines (1 can)
•water
•malunggay leaves
•squash leaves
•patola
A common vegetable in the Philippines, patola is the the unripe fruit of the plant having the scientific name Luffa acutangula.
I got the two vegetables from our back yard.

The steps:
Put some cooking oil in the pan.
Next, the sliced garlic and onion.
Then, add the sardines, most of the people say that it's a cat food, I don't agree with that for it's very delicious, you should taste it!
Add two glasses of water.
Put the three main ingredients. Then stir gently.
And you're about to finish, just wait for another 5 mins. And place it in the container.
