bangladesh is a land of rivers. hundreds of rivers have criss crossed this delta. many of these rivers are wide and long. rivers play an inportant rule in the economy of this country. the main rivers are the padma,the meghna,the jamuna and the karnafuli.the karnafuli originates from the lusay mountains. the rivers are very useful for our existence. they are helpful for our agriculture.they are important for wether communication.they are the source of fish. and fish is our main food along with rich.the rivers bring enough silt which makes the soil fertile. they are the homes of many fishes.
our rivers are responsible for floods that destroy our country.floods take away valuable lives and wealth of our people we shuld take proper steps to get more benefits from our rivers.
