It always amazes me how little holiday spirit most people have around the holiday season. This really translates when you're out on the road.

I had lunch there with an old friend of mine. We went to a nice taco shop near his house and I have to say the food was really good.
Overall, everything was a really enjoyable experience.
On the way home three different cars cut me off.
There was a long stretch of road in which the sun was shining in everyone's eyes. The car in the right-hand lane swerved into my lane without looking behind him, and nearly touched my car going about 50 miles per hour.
I had to slam on my brakes because that would have been a collision that would have knocked us both off the side of the road.
He never even noticed.
Another car pulled out right in front of me going about 5 miles per hour even though I was going 40 and I barely had time to switch out of the lane. That appeared to be another person that wasn't paying attention to anything that they were doing.
The final incident happened when I was pulling left into an empty street.
I looked both ways but there was nobody coming.
When I pulled down the street a black car was suddenly behind me honking the horn and screaming at me as if he hadn't coming down the street the whole time.
It's clear that he had suddenly pulled out onto the street and started flying down before I had even been able to get into the lane.
I have to say the way people drive during the holiday season is pretty frustrating for the most part.
I guess it's just the way that it is. You need to be extra careful when you're on the street during the holiday season.
