Hello my Dearest Friends,
Very common, yet, not easy to photograph CABBAGE BUTTERFLY because non hardly ever sits down. I took these photos back in June - July, but I was not able to take anymore since. Altough, I see them flying around usually in pairs, seem as they are dancing and having lots of fun, not siting down for two seconds. Definitely not interested in me and my camera, lol.
As you can see, the one on the beautiful pink flower is very tiny yellow, which seems to be a female. She was sitting there for a while, so I was able to take few shots, but she didn't open her wings. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky to capture any with open wings yet. Hopefully this year! I never give up trying 🦋🌸🦋
