when we all day carry out all activities, ranging from 06.00 pm until 20.00 pm we just really rested. For some people do not feel like working that way, but I feel it. because I have a very noble task, which is taking care of my husband and child.
That task made me have to carry out activities from sunrise to sunset, and I never got bored or complained. because it is my duty and my nature as a housewife.
well, after a day of carrying out activities. Here, in this bed I took off my fatigue for a whole day. and you know how after all day work and then rest in bed? yaa very straighten your spine, even smooth blood circulation and release tension on the muscles of your hands and feet muscles.
In our lives, rest is very important to us. if we lack in rest then
- our metabolism will decrease,
- the immune system will also decrease
- lack of our concentration
- get tired quickly
- work less than optimal
- head feels dizzy
