In September 1995 in a harbor of Barcelona the “L'Aquàrium Barcelona” was opened. According to the statistical data total volume of the tanks is equal to 5,000 m3, and its biggest tank has diameter of 36 m and deep of 5 m.

Dozen thousands of fishes live there and namely they, but not the liters of water, are interesting to visitors.

Unique marine inhabitants,...

muraenas, ...

sharks, ...

cramp-fishes, ...

ocean sunfish, ...

etc....

live in the Aquarium together giving perfect example of peaceful coexistence. If all residents are full, of course!
