Medanos de Coro National Park
The Medanos de Coro National Park or the Parque Nacional Los Médanos de Coro is another Category II national park in Falcon, Venezuela. Travelers go here by taking people in general transport, as a rule by transport, from Coro. It was set up in 1974 by Instituto Nacional de Parques or INPARQUES and it has a region of 91 square kilometers or 35 square miles. The national park scarcely encounters rain showers yet in 1999, tidal ponds were framed in the park because of the Vargas Tragedy – outrageous surge debacles.
