About 400 Palestinian prisoners in the occupation prisons began an open hunger strike to protest the humiliating policies of the occupation in dealing with prisoners.
The situation of Palestinian prisoners has deteriorated recently, especially after the installation of carcinogenic jammers.
The prisoners demanded the removal of these devices, in addition to some of the demands that guarantee them a decent life inside the prisons, such as installing public telephones inside prisons that allow prisoners to communicate with their families and cancel the ban on visits to hundreds of prisoners.
In addition to demanding the transfer of women prisoners to another section where better humanitarian conditions, improving the conditions of detention of child prisoners, and stop the policy of medical negligence and provide treatment for patients.
These demands are granted to prisoners in all the prisons of the world, but the Israelis follow their own platform, do not abide by moral and human standards and use many methods to torture the Palestinians
