Awesome friends are hard to find. So, when you find one, you must acknowledge the fact that no human is perfect. You surely must find out they have flaws. However, you should have wisdom enough not to trade great friendships for small faults.
There is no perfect human being anywhere, so do not sacrifice "good enough" in the quest for "perfectionism". What you freely chased out of your life today, might be something you would earnestly wish and pray to have again all the days of your life.
Not everyone is replaceable. Be careful how you treat the good people who come around you.
