At fast open adobe Photoshop, then open image. Then copy the layer and select a new layer. Then select a lasso tool, then select a head part and make fill. Then select brush tool make a background color. Then select a main layer, select a pen tool and select head part type ctrl+enter, Delete back head part. Main layer up. Select a brush toot make a mash background color. Finally create an awesome creative photo manipulation.
